What to expect at your appointment

Our intake coordinator will make an appointment with you for the therapist that meets your needs by schedule, specialty and payment type.  If you are using health insurance you will need to pre-authorize with your insurance company prior to coming in for the provider you will see.  You will have a brief paper to fill out at your first visit.  Co-payment or self pay payment is due at the time of service.  Kindly provide us with 12 hours of cancellation if you are unable to make it to your scheduled time.  If you having billing questions, you may call the office and speak to our intake coordinator.  Each therapist does have their own voicemail box if you need to leave your personal therapist a personal confidential message.  The general voicemail box will go to the owner and the intake coordinator.
